I am renting a storage bay (14’x50’) with individual 12’ or 14’ high garage door. Enough room for all your needs toy hauler, boat, jet skis, travel trailer, or RV. Building has inside and outside lighting, electrical outlets (rear of bay) and outside water by entrance. Newly built steel 60×50 building is located in Topock / Golden Shores. Building sits on half acre lot. There is also a single wide mobile home with own entrance and parking on other portion of lot. The storage building has its own driveway entrance which is gated. Building is 6miles from interstate 40 or 12 miles from highway 95(Needles). Security deposit of $300
